Single-axis Brushless moving-Magnet linear motor stage (SBM)

    Linear motor precision stage---The SBM module is a high precision and high reliability positioning stage. The moving-magnet scheme and stationary feedback encoder eliminate all the moving cables and lower the moving mass as well as result in considerably small footprint. An iron-core linear motor is employed to achieve high force density. Due to

    Open type module is the standard configuration, which yields smaller overhead of module overall length. Customer can request bellow seal type or plate seal type, as shown in the above figures, which has larger footprint.

    Effective stroke, user-specified mounting holes, encoder resolution, type of seal, external payload, accuracy grade, and the required motion profile all can be specified by the customer to achieve seamless integration into your machine design.
